Steven Greer tells Benny Johnson that if secret “black box” UFO projects were opened, the public would see very advanced human‑made and extraterrestrial technologies, plus evidence from many whistleblowers who worked inside these programs.
According to Greer, there are man‑made craft in disc, sphere, and triangle shapes that can jump from hovering to hundreds of thousands of miles per hour instantly. He says witnesses will testify about these at a public event in Washington, DC, and that these craft are part of highly classified skunk works programs.
He describes extraterrestrial craft as even more advanced. He says they can change their frequency so they become invisible, shifting in and out of our dimension so they seem to appear and disappear.
He compares this to a resonance effect, not a simple “cloak,” and claims his own field teams have seen this as well, similar to earlier reported encounters at places like White Sands.
Greer says ET craft range in size from small spheres about a foot across to huge objects reportedly hundreds of miles wide in our solar system.
He mentions a Lockheed official telling him about a massive object near Saturn during the Cassini mission era. He also says one whistleblower on a retrieval team reported that by the late 1960s they had catalogued 69 different extraterrestrial species, all looking different and coming from different planetary systems.
Greer says some whistleblowers possess terabytes of videos and images of alien “biologics” and craft. He claims that before the most recent presidential inauguration they were ready to go public but were persuaded not to, and that inside a secure facility there was even talk of using “wet work” or assassinations against them.
Because of this, he says, these witnesses need federal protection, such as U.S. Marshals and witness protection, before they can safely testify under oath.
Greer also claims there are advanced medical technologies in underground covert facilities, based on similar physics, which could transform medicine. As a doctor, he says these should be released too.
He suggests a phased technology transfer from black projects, starting with safe energy and medical tools, and only later, under a global security agreement, allowing the propulsion systems that could be misused as weapons.
